This special tea comes from the often-painted, misty Yellow Mountains of Anhui, China. The teas from this region are grown in small centuries old plots placed high up on steep mountainsides. Our Yellow Mountain Green Tea is made by Hong Zhi, the most well regarded tea master in this region. Yellow Mountain Green tea is one of chinas most famous and desired green teas, with a mellow, sweet flavor. Even after a long steeping this tea will never become bitter.
