Description:

This tea comes from the Fuding county in Fujian, China, the homeland of white tea. White Peony is picked in early April and has larger buds and one or two leaves. The later picking date and more mature leaves imparts this tea with a rich amber color and soothing essences of chamomile. Bai Mu Dan is a great tea to start exploring the white teas of China with. Infuse 1 tbsp. with 8 oz. below boiling water, 3 times for 2-3 minutes.
