Bi Luo Chun (Spring Snail) Green Tea

Spring snail (translated directly from the Chinese Bi Luo Chun) is one of the countrys "ten most famous teas". This green teas tightly curled buds resemble its name and are grown in Southern Chinas historic province of Jiangsu. Grown amongst fruit trees and picked in April when these trees are in bloom, infuses the tea with fruity, floral aromas. Be sure to brew this tea with cooler than boiling water and use a short infusion time (under 1 minute).
